Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) is Rotary’s leadership training program for young people. RYLA emphasizes leadership, citizenship, and personal growth, and aims to:
– Demonstrate Rotary’s respect and concern for youth
– Provide an effective training experience for selected youth and potential leaders
– Encourage leadership of youth by youth
– Recognize publicly young people who are rendering service to their communities

Rotaract Club of The Caduceus along with Rotary Club of Bombay Central and Interact clubs of Sundatta high school, C.J high school and RF Pandey girls high school in association with YMCA conducted a RYLA at the YMCA Campsite in Nilshi from 2nd-4th Dec.

Aims of the Caduceus RYLA

– To foster a bonding between the Rotary, Rotaract and Interact clubs;
– To plan projects involving all 3 factions under our Parent Rotary;
– To get a feedback from the Interactors regarding the projects we have done for them in the past;
– To have fun and take a break from the rigorous academic schedule; and
– To enjoy adventure sports.
